Terms of Use
Bifrost Analytics
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Bifrost Analytics at bifrostanalytics.no (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
Free material is open to anyone. Paid features require an account. Access to an account is personal to you. You must keep your credentials confidential, must not share them or allow anyone else to sign in as you, and must tell us promptly at bmb150905@gmail.com if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out under your login.
We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, including where your subscription ends or where we believe these terms have been breached.
2. What the Service contains
The Service displays our own company analyses together with regulatory and corporate press releases issued by listed companies. News reaches us from our news sources and is displayed with the source credited.
3. Coverage is not complete, and this matters
The Service does not show every announcement made by every listed company. Our feed covers those issuers our news sources distribute for. Companies that distribute their announcements through other providers do not appear, and the set of covered issuers may change over time without notice to you.
You must not treat the Service as a complete or authoritative record of market announcements. The definitive source for any company's disclosures is that company's own investor relations channel and the relevant regulated information mechanism.
4. No warranty as to the information
The information in the Service is provided as it reaches us and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not originate the news, verify it, or edit it, and we give no warranty, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete, current, or delivered without delay.
- releases may arrive late, out of order, or not at all, for reasons in the delivery chain that are outside our control
- a release may be corrected or withdrawn by the issuing company after we have displayed it
- classifications, tags and identifiers attached to a release originate with the distributor, not with us, and may be wrong
- the Service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we do not commit to any level of availability
5. This is not investment advice
Nothing in the Service is, or should be understood as:
- investment advice, or a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument
- an investment recommendation within the meaning of the Market Abuse Regulation
- an offer, solicitation or inducement to enter into any transaction
- tax, legal or accounting advice
The Service presents objective, numbers-based analysis and documents published by companies. It does not take your circumstances, objectives, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance into account. Any decision you take is yours. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and past performance does not indicate future results. If you need advice, consult an appropriately qualified adviser. We may or may not hold positions in companies we cover.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Norwegian law permits, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its contents. This includes trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, and any indirect or consequential loss, whether caused by an inaccuracy, an omission, a delay, an interruption, a missing release, or the unavailability of the Service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Subscription, trial and payment
The subscription starts with one free month. Payment details are registered at sign-up and no charge is made until the free month ends, after which the subscription renews monthly at the published price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, with effect from the end of the period already paid for.
8. Intellectual property
Press releases displayed in the Service remain the property of the issuing companies and, as applicable, their distributor. Our own material, including our analyses, the design of the Service, its structure, and anything we write ourselves, belongs to us.
You may read, search and print material from the Service for your own personal use. You may not:
- republish, redistribute, sell or make the content available to anyone else
- remove or obscure the attribution to the source or to the issuing company
- scrape, crawl or systematically extract the content, or use automated means to access the Service
- reverse engineer the Service or attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been granted
9. Your conduct
You must not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access other users' data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will publish the amended version here and, where a change is material, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be brought before Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue in the first instance.
